Q:  What is Hot Toy Reservation?
A:  Hot Toy Reservation at Toys“R”Us provides a shopping service for our customers, taking the legwork out of searching for the hottest toys in the days leading up to Christmas, while letting Toys“R”Us store teams do the shopping for them.

The free service is available in Toys“R”Us stores* nationwide and all 50 items on the company’s annual Holiday Hot Toy List – whether the items are in-stock at the store or not – are eligible for reservation. 

(*Not available in Toys“R”Us Express or Toys“R”Us Outlet stores)

Q:  How does Hot Toy Reservation work?
A:  Visit the Customer Service desk in all Toys“R”Us stores nationwide to place your order through October 31.  A 20% down payment is required.*  You will receive an e-mail notification when your order is available and have until December 16* to pick it up.

Q:  When will my order be available for pick up?
A:  You will receive an e-mail notification when your order is available and have until December 16* to pick it up.

Q:  Can I put more down than the 20% required deposit and when do I make my final payment?
A:  A minimum deposit of 20% of your total order is required, but you can put down more than that if you so choose.  Payments can be made toward your balance at any time.  The balance must be paid in full when you pick up your order.
